1. Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Sneaker Corner (TSC), we want you to shop with confidence. You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The following situations may qualify for a free replacement or refund:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Manufacturing, print, or finishing issue
  • Incorrect item received (wrong design or product type)
  • Incorrect size sent (we shipped a different size than ordered)

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition where reasonably possible.
  • If you are dissatisfied for reasons other than those listed above (e.g. preference or expectation), please contact us first at support@thesneakercorner.com. We review such cases individually and will propose the most appropriate solution where possible.

2. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide the following (required):

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue
  • For print or finishing issues: close-up photos in good lighting
  • For sizing issues: a photo showing measurements (tape or ruler) next to the item
  • For missing items: photos of the received items and the shipping label or packaging

Our support team will carefully review your request. If your claim is approved, we may offer a free replacement. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund via PayPal may be issued for the eligible item(s), in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Processing Times & Return Address

  • Refund processing time: usually within 7–10 business days after approval (timing may vary depending on PayPal).
  • Replacement processing time: typically 2–5 business days, plus shipping time depending on destination.
  • Return address: Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our support team after approval. Please do not return items without prior confirmation.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@thesneakercorner.com, including your order number and the requested change.

After this period, orders may enter processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
