When will my order be shipped?

- The timeframes above apply to standard shipping to the United Kingdom. All days refer to business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production volume, courier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- During peak seasons or public holidays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
- International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs inspections, which are outside of our control.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
In many cases, parcels may be held at a local delivery office or a delivery attempt may have been missed.
If your order has not arrived after 30 business days and valid tracking information is available, please contact The Sneaker Corner (TSC) support team. We will review the case and propose an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
If fewer than 30 business days have passed and tracking information is available, we kindly ask that you allow additional time for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
